| Comment | Maybe I should have been clearer, I'm more referring to tagging and some of the more artistic stuff. Of course we should be doing everything possible to remove offensive graffiti or damage to private property. And as a society we should be doing everything possible to change those attitudes.
Just don't see the issue of making a concrete pillar under a motorway a bit more colourful. |
