Their just somewhere you can casually hang out with pals, eat reasonably good desserts and not have to deal with trying to chat in a rammed Glasgow pub on a weekend.

They seem mostly full of teenagers during the day, then absolutely smashed folk taking a breather from the pub at night (I'm sure there's a few open until 4am).
