| Comment | I’ve been to PureGym, JD gym and most Glasgow club gyms and i can honestly say if you dont go swimming, PureGym is the best gym, the equipment is really up to date and modern, staff are friendly and it’s pretty cheap
JD gym is alright. Probably the worst out of the 3, the equipment is outdated and old fashioned, the gyms themselves aren’t very big and they seem quite understaffed. The best part of jd gyms is the saunas tbh.
Glasgow club is only good depending on what one you go to. The maryhill one literally has a few treadmills and barely anything in it. My living room is probably bigger than that gym. However kelvinhall gym is amazing, very up to date equipment, lots of friendly staff, great views and easily accessible through public transport. Scotstoun and Gorbals is really good too. |
