Honestly I’d go the opposite way to you, I graduated in 2018 in mechanical engineering and have worked at small firms ever since as I found them much easier to get into.

I’m making the jump this year to a larger firm, feel like my decision to stay with little guys has really held me back as I simply never had had the opportunity to get any post graduate certification which come quickly working for large firms.
