It’s impossible for me to say what’s going on, hence me offering to help when it first started. Then it became apparent that it wasn’t just an isolated incident or a couple of days of letting off steam/ being out of their routine. Its a pattern over a long period of time, that’s what seems to be not great from an outsiders point of view.
