| Comment | I'm with Speirs & Gumley and honestly, they've been fine - Tenement close of 10 flats, no cleaning service - we just do it on a monthly rotation between us, so the costs are minimal. Think it's about £35/month or something along those lines. Any time I've had an issue where I've needed to get someone out to take a look at a blocked gutter or something else I couldn't feasibly fix myself (fuck going on the roof) it's been handled fairly quickly.
Of course, my experience is not going to be the same as everyone elses and our close is largely fairly self sufficient. |
