Most HMOs are 4/5 bedrooms as the license cost can be prohibitive otherwise.
Honestly if you want a 3 bedroom with less hassle you would probably have more luck on gumtree but you'll end up with a dodger landlord.
Myself and 2 friends looked for a flat a few years ago and ended up with one of them dropping out so we could get a 2 bedroom, might honestly be the easiest option. |
