I accidentally locked myself out of my SDS account, it said to contact them and I've emailed them twice and sat on hold for 30 mins... nothing! Can't get through and no reply. I'm also waiting for a deposit refund and wanted to check the status of it. Thinking about turning up at their offices haha.
