| Comment | I imagine they are trying to do something similar to the £1 house schemes they had in England. Buy house for a £1, have to fix it up within a certain time period and can’t sell for a set time period. But as someone else said, these places look uninhabitable. Hard enough to get people to agree to do large scale maintenance on occupied flats. Looks like the council want rid of them and make them someone else’s problem. |
