| Comment | Ah, yes, good old Wallace street in the Port - Im sure there is something wrong with all streets called Wallace.
Anyways, from what I can remember, many of these flats in that general area were owned by a few absentee landlords, who refused to sell them to the council so the council could try and regenerate the area.
These flats were a goldmine for these landlords and at the same time, don't nothing to upkeep the flats/buildings. |
