Comment	Thanks for your reply. I guess that's the problem. They can't do the external work. It is this high unfortunately. The building is an old Victorian school house with ceiling heights in excess of 5m. As far as I know, internal gas pipes are no longer allowed. That's at least what the plumbers and SGN told me.
