| Comment | Aye the 2am one was the worst, we'd already disconnected one block of flats and while we were doing that we heard them inside another one, 10 minutes later that block of flats was on fire mental man. We were down there because the fire brigade had phoned us out, think it had been set on fire about midnight. It probably could've been left for the next day but its double time and a day off after midnight so we just went for it. We'd asked the police to stay with us until we were done, they said that's fine but there's only 3 teams on at night in Inverclyde so if a call came in then they'd have to leave, think they were there for about 5 minutes before they got called away |
