| Comment | I was jumping in to suggest this too, it's not what I'd call posh, but it has a really nice "social hub of the town" vibe with historic rooms, great food and lots of outside space if the weather is nice-ish (can't hope for too much in Inveraray!). It's also mega dog friendly if your parents have a dog they don't want to leave behind.
