It looks to be more serious that water ingress with these flats lol have you seen the inside of them ? All the wiring has been ripped out, the floors torn up, some of them have been completely stripped out - your talking a complete renovation
And that’s not even taking into account anything structurally wrong with these flats which there’s seems to be a problem with the roofs |
