| Comment | Something similar happened to my mum a while back. Had a chest infection that was getting worse instead of better, receptionist all high and mighty said it didn’t warrant a doctors visit and just to wait. Over the weekend it got so bad she ended up in hospital with pneumonia! So instead of a quick 10 minute GP appointment and some strong antibiotics, she ended up taking up a hospital bed for over a week in the QUEH. In what world does that make sense? |
