Almost like there is a difference between taking a dog for a walk on Kelvin Walkway and a bike race course? It sounds terrible that there was some time you were slightly delayed on a bike, we should ban dogs from running ever again!
I dont have a dog, but I will happily slow down and share my path with them when I cycle down Kelvin Walkway.
