| Comment | I've haven't been in a situation exactly like this, but there isn't much you can really do (legally) from your end by 'requesting' things to be done, if this guy isn't bothering to play by the rules. You need to start reporting these thing to the council as environmental health issues and trying to find ways to undermine this guys license to operate in general. When someone is an unashamed scumbag the only way to get to them is to threaten their ability to work with ANY properties, not just the one in question. |
