If it is the ABS unit, I see them on fleabay for £150, but garages mostly don't want to fit your parts. The unit swap over is simple, the hardest part is bleeding the whole system afterwords but that would only take a garage 2 hours max. You and a mate could do this yourself, the videos are on youtube and the parts and tools would be far less than a garage. A set of spanners, penetrating fluid for the fasteners and bleed screws,a cheap brake bleed kit, the ABS unit and a few litres of brake fluid is all that's required. |
