| Comment | The report will go through, it will go to the depot and the crew will respond that they didn't do it...because they didn't.
If bins get damaged/fall into the hopper the crew are meant to file a report and the council then sort it out or replace. Half the time they forget to do it though.
OP - your bin is your property. When you move, if you want you can take it with you so you don't need to buy a new one if they're not supplied. It's been this way for well over 15 years. |
