| Comment | For during the day, Brooklyn Cafe in Shawlands has a good vegan menu. I’m not vegan and always have a look at it and regularly order stuff off it. Bramble near it has a number of vegan options which are nice. Both Brooklyn cafe and bramble close about 4.30 pm
Ranjit’s kitchen is a vegetarian curry restaurant also on the southside. They have plenty of vegan options.
Paesano always has one vegan pizza on their daily specials and can order any pizza without cheese. Likelywise Pizza Punk gets a good right up for vegan pizzas. I really like both those places, and have had one of the vegan pizzas at paesano and didn’t miss the cheese (both places have really good pizza bases and I think that’s what makes the difference) |
