I think you’re covered for restaurants, although I’ll also shout for Sylvan. I still dream about their black pepper broccoli.

Look into the The Vegan Kind online supermarket, they are based in Glasgow area and do a monthly subscription box that’s really great.

Also google “accidentally vegan Asda/Lidl” etc and you’ll get great lists from people on normal things that are vegan.

Oatly milk is top tier, I order mine online which brings it to £1 rather than £1.80!

Best cook book I have is “The Green Toasting Tin” by Rukmimi Iyer.

Here are a few meals my husband and I make on the regular, all veggie but can easily be vegan. Let me know if you want the recipes:
