Asian cuisine is very good at making full dishes without meat or subbing meat with tofu. Ive also found in a lot of places in scotland that they have a seperate vegan menu or will make you something vegan if you ask.
A restricted chef will serve you butternut rissoto (gawd).
A good chef will get inventive, and sometimes come out to get feedback - very cute.
