According to google, 69 flights leave Glasgow airport every day, while 313 flights leave Edinburgh. I’d imagine it’ll be related to the capacity of terminals they have - isn’t Glasgow much smaller?

Alternatively. Given Edinburgh is closer to the East, is it maybe just cheaper for all the airlines flying to Europe to be located in Edinburgh as it’ll be less fuel? (Though I guess that would mean there should be more flights to Belfast from Glasgow).
