| Comment | You are entering during the "hot season" for renting most places will go within a day or 2 of the first viewing. If you havn't already I would probably book a hotel or a B+B for a few nights to get property viewings in / contract signings done. I was looking around this time and found a place I liked, left it an hour to go look at something else and it had already gone. We have no minimum rental period up here so if you really hate the place / area its not too hard to move. |
