Dont sound like a snob at all. If your paying all that money and exaclty like you said its one of the only 2 starred places in Glasgow it really does need to be good. Michellin level you shoild not be having these issues. And if the chef cant taste a strawberry in the morning to make sure its right for the dish then thats not a good sign. Ive worked at these levels before and i know how important it is.
Well it sounds like a place im in no rush to get to. I feel cail bruich is representing scotland and glasgow much much more. And they are doing so much for our food scene here its really special |
