Go see your gp. The conversation is private and that confidentiality can only be broken if they think someone is at risk of harm (and they really need to think that). They can direct you/refer you to addiction services. There are a number of charities out there too.

The Priory have an addiction unit but is a private service so is expensive, unless you have insurance. But would still recommend your gp first.

It’s not surprising that your mental health takes a hit when you try to stop. That is a normal reaction. It doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to stop with help. And they help will also involve helping with your other mental health issues. Do you see anyone about your PTSD/depression/anxiety as they may be able to help too?
