Flew two weeks ago. Security was a breeze tbh. We were through in 10 mins. Baggage however was a nightmare. About a 3 hour queue. Total mess. We flew with BA. The KLM queue was very quick.
And they kept announcing apologies blaming a broken belt which was just bollocks.
