There was a squadron of Greylags up Alexandra Park two days ago and I heard woodpeckers drumming in early summer. I saw four kestrels flying in formation through the graveyard behind the cathedral too. Never seen that before.

There appear to be far fewer gull chooks on the roofs this year too. I hope they're doing OK.
