But I did not hear that murder rates are higher in black or asian community in UK (correct me if I am wrong). My understanding that it came from US as they were protesting against killing of black people by police among others. Is this the case in UK? If not, don't you think like we should also say Uyghur Life Matters in response to Chinese genocide? I have not seen that, it is probably not trendy as much as BLM due to Hollywood pandering to China. Or Ukrainian Life Matters in response to russian war crimes in Ukraine.

What worse, I have not seen uproar against racist practices of Disney with their removal of black characters from chinese posters. Or against Amazon exploiting black and latino workers paying them below livable wage in hostile working environment

I do not condone those type of action as they are clearly aimed to spark controversy and get attention (in what they are succeeding). But I don't see how screaming BLM in the UK actually helps black people but it is just a trendy thing that people do to feel like they are helping. And after they do, they come back home, put on disney plus, order chinese shit from Amazon and the only thing that changes is a division of the society even more. There is no dialog anymore and no improvement to the lives of poorest. Just more division and more money in pockets of big corporations that are manipulating people and exploiting marginalized groups for their benefit.

My wife works with refugees and I can see first hand how neglected they are in Scotland but there is no effort into improvement of their life here other than empty "refugees welcome". I don't see people protesting against this either. (they live on 10 quid a day that the government is giving them) The world is fucked, the society is fucked and there won't be any improvements in racial/economic injustice thanks to people screaming BLM. Only more division.
