As someone who's friend is coming off a coke addiction and struggling through an alcohol addiction. One thing at a time.
Talk to your pals, even though it's hard. If your pals aren't good to talk to ( they might not be the best pals ) talk to your family.
If none of this works there are plenty of other option ( probably mentioned in these thread)
I have only known the self reflective method to work for me personally but don't stop looking for help. Help is out there, you just have to look for it, it will not look for you.
By self reflective I mean sitting with your own thoughts and thinking what the fuck went wrong and hope to fix it.
This probably only works with self inflicted depression so look for proper help outside of this media.
