Comment | Lots have already told you who you can turn to, so I just wanted to write that my thoughts are with you and that I am among the few strangers who care.
Having been through this, my one advice would be to remove any temptation and triggers, and when these thoughts happen, until you've found a therapist (because then I'd send an email just to vent), just go to sleep with something you enjoy listening to. Mine was an old audio series from back when I was a teenager, it felt reassuring and familiar so it helped not focusing on the dark thoughts. |
