Comment	Have had 2 friends, both fathers, commit suicide I didnt know that either of them were struggling I wish massively that they had spoken to me about how they were feeling. Please, speak with someone you love and/or trust. A family member or friend. They will help you. Also, visit a GP asap and and also call Breathing Space please.
