Take a walk somewhere too. Go to a park. Walk about. Feel the sun. Look at the trees. Listen to random chats had by other people. Everyone is going through something.
Also, if you feel like it. Have a cry. It’s bloody healthy and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. It can release so much tension and make you feel so much better. |
