7pm til 11pm, ALL tunes are by request in advance so a very mixed bag of retro music but a fair amount of disco/soul/new wave/punk/reggae/80's, not a young 'un in site, but runs very irregularly, next one is November. Could have stayed on for the club after but it was like the queue for the tuck shop at 11pm, decided to move on. After that we went on to Divine at CCA, shite venue for a "club" night, they just moved some tables and chairs in the cafe bar to make a dancefloor. No young uns either but just wasn't the right atmosphere, left after 45 minutes.
Must be loads more out there but SYB was the best thing I've been to in ages. Highly recommend the next time it comes around. |
