| Comment | Sara Hair & Beauty is the sort of place I drive past and can instantly tell it’s a shitehole. I go to salons only a handful of times a year as well. With something like lash extensions, it’s sooo not worth risking an adverse reaction, or losing your original lashes.
Like others have said, Shawlands and nearby have an abundance of salons that have nice people and do lashes well.
I’ve never had extensions so I can’t personally recommend anything. But I hear Niche Brow Bar (just round the corner from Dominos Shawlands) are good.
I totally get how you feel about not feeling like a girly girl; I can relate to some extent. But salons should be (and usually are) very welcoming and really don’t care if you have no makeup on. In fact, many people go without any makeup for treatments. So please don’t worry about any of that!
If you think lash extensions may be a step too far (since you’ve never had them done before), lash lifts are also great! |
