Hope you recover quickly. I definitely think Glasgow has some of the worst drivers.
I cycle a fair bit and in the last month have had two cars go through red lights and I had to avoid them. One looked at me and openly laughed. Also had a car come out a side street on South St not even looking at oncoming traffic and I was less than 5m away.
