Yeah it's crazy. I had so many close encounters before I was hit. Luckily had a witness who got the registration so he was caught as I was still in the ambulance at the scene. I have a bright yellow jacket a reflective pair of trousers a luminous helmet and strong lights so there was no chance he could say he never saw me.
