I know they say if you smell shit all day check your own shoes, but I've also noticed an increase in road rage and impoliteness.

- Start of my day, I pull up at the lights and see a guy get out his car, chap on another car window and threaten the driver.

- Same day I got beeped as soon as the light turned green. I know I hadn't missed the lights changing as I started to accelerate as it was yellow. White van driver who beeped me then overtakes and calls me a wanker.

- Again, same day. Woman is towards me at a road that's been significantly narrowed by cones for roadworks. There's still space for two cars to pass side-by-side though, I've just seen a bus going one direction and a land rover the other. Plenty space. I drive down and as I'm passing this woman she throws up her hands and shakes her head as if we were too close while passing.

- Later I'm turning into a shopping centre and a gent at a T-Junction - sitting in both lanes - stares at me as I safely get my car by his despite him taking up most of my lane.

There's times I think I should have beeped my horn at people, but I'm slow to use it because half the time a beep won't fix the mistake they've already made. Meanwhile everyone else seems so quick to criticise other people's driving and flip people off. Shitebags think they're untouchable the second there's a car involved.
