Had this same issue pal. Our old neighbour used to think it was hers but it was in everyone’s title deeds. All the other owners just let them have it but we needed that space and after many unsuccessful attempts to broach it I just got bolt cutters from work and snapped it one day and put a new padlock on it and handed them in a key. They never spoke to us again but at least I had somewhere to store my bike and Christmas tree decs |
