| Comment | there are a few more on that street and are different in style, some are just large plant pots place directly onto road markings. There is no council branding on them and given the lack of uniformity in the styles of planters i think it is the locals. I'm buying into the path of least resistance here, nobody has complained and when the council road marking guys rocked up they just painted round them |
