| Comment | I went from retail to barbering. I’m now self employed and fully booked most days, money is great and stress is low. Highly recommend taking it up, although it’s definitely not easy and the first few years are tough trying to build a clientele. I started off the first few years working employed at a barber shop earning a wage then was able to break away once I got my clients in.
Reading your original post reminded me so much of myself when I was stuck on the same wage and constantly skint whilst all my mates were on holidays and buying stuff all the time. |
