Not being funny and I know it isn't trendy but there's decent flats in the east end. Much cheaper. Great transport links and not a sketchy as everyone makes out. Can get an upstairs cottage flat with garden for £600pcm
Moved to the east end from Partick 10 years ago and it was honestly the best move. Much quieter and friendlier.
