Instead they have a functional police force to shut it down and a culture that doesn't tolerate drinking as a whole personality.
Other countries have unmanned vending machines on the street. People drinking openly on the street and heading home without incident. It's just here, in this incompetently managed shit hole where junkies and bams can run rampant and the police clear out whenever they're around to avoid doing anything more challenging than handing out speeding tickets. |
