I’m in the new gorbals 10 mins walk to merchant city and it’s great. Couple of zoomers around the coop but generally good. Plenty of flats advertised for renting as well. I feel your pain, I was put up by my company temporarily in merchant city and great for a month but couldn’t handle all your points. Hope you get something sorted soon
