Comment | I go between 7am and 9am and is always pretty quiet when I used to go in the evening after 8pm was also quite quiet.
As other have said be proud that you're trying to make a difference, everyone in the gym is doing the same just at different stages.
Also if you have the money consider getting a PT even if its once or twice a month as they'll be able to show you proper techniques and just general advice which might boost your confidence! |
