| Comment | Probably too late now, but can you not ammend the original journey to depart from Glasgow or Edinburgh? BA will have countless shuttles to Heathrow each day, and they're alliance partners with American so it can all be done with a single booking.
It's usually cheaper than arranging separate transport to London, and you can request special assistance so they'll be shepherded by the staff from Glasgow Airport drop off all the way to Raleigh. |
