Theres the new houses in Spittal, in between the Croft and Croftfoot train station. They look no bad and good value for money. Tbh you could get a 4 in a block in Croftfoot/Kingspark with a driveway and a garden and have money to spare...stayed in both areas, they're mostly quiet with the odd arsehole but think that's the norm for anywhere really.
