| Comment | Was my first viewing since before covid mate, I had to cut out the middle men agents as I was getting no where wae them, spending ages doing applications forms then phoning up to see if they got it just to be told they did but the flats gone and I'm like it was only put up an hour so ago. I thought cunts were going into the letting agents with atleast a grand and dumping it on the desk in exchange for the keys (as I was due to start doing) but nope there is another website called open rent and no agent you just talk straight to the landlord and this is what's saved me. Haggled the price down too. I gave the flat a once over a checked to see if I could see spurs on the LL shoes but that was it guy was legit so I just took it, he who dillys about gets hee haw in this game. |
