Comment	Embarrassing that you'd be the anti social prick who thinks it's ok to make noise THAT PEOPLE CAN HEAR IN OTHER HOUSES at that time. We're not talking about a small group of friends talking. If you are making so much noise that I can hear it in another flat then it's pretty loud. For context, I've lived in my close for eleven years and never hear any noise from my neighbours. There are students, young people and even an Airbnb in my block. I sometimes hear them walking up and down the stairs which is fine, but never anything like the OPs drilling.
