After 9 I start to wind down and stop making noise. If it's that you are constantly making a lot of noise for long hours of the day I'd consider it complaint worthy but if it's a 1 off or a few days that on wouldn't bother me.
The law for Scotland in in terms of of noise is quite good and understanding.
